Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, we will send you an email with updated shipping and delivery dates. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@theyarddesigners.com.

Our standard free shipping is shipped through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight curbside delivery.

We do not accept PO boxes or Military Addresses. If you provide one of these our team will reach out to obtain a physical address, if you cannot by reached before the item is shipped you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

We offer free shipping on all products. If you order a large or very heavy item it will be shipping by a freight carrier via curbside delivery.

This means the delivery company is not responsible for placing or setup of your product. We recommend you have the necessary assistance to setup and carry your products. Shipping times may vary depending on the product line. The delivery company will likely give a 4 hour window for delivery please make sure you are there to sign for the products. 

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  failure to report damages upon delivery will result in forfeiture of your rights to claim the damages and receive a repair or replacement at no additional cost. 

Any damages must be report to The Yard Designers within 1 business day after receiving your shipment. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos contact@theyarddesigners.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

If you order has shipped, and you wish to return it, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the product. Please start by emailing us at returns@theyarddesigners.com for an order return number. You will be responsible for return shipping, a 25% restocking fee and the order must be returned in the unopened original packaging with all the contents inside. 

Custom orders and made-to-order products may not be canceled or refunded after 48 hours. Due to the nature of custom orders products are billed prior to production of the product, once production begins cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
